The founder’s daughters, who passionately carry on the art of artisanal roasting taught to them by their father, will guide you on a tour that takes you from the green coffee beans stored in jute bales to the steaming coffee in your cup.
The tour includes a brief history and presentation of the processed product, as well as two different blend tastings.
Only on Monday mornings will it be possible to watch the actual roasting process.
