Laura will meet you at Arezzo train station and she guide a visit in the Cathedral where you will admire the beautiful “Mary Magdalene” by Piero Della Francesca. Then, she will host you in her art studio in the heart of the old town.
This art experience will allow participants to understand this old and fascinating technique. Laura will lead you through the magic art of creation according to the best Italian painting tradition. She will teach you the art of fresco painting in an enjoyable, amusing, and professional way. You will paint on light supports so that you can easily take home your piece.
You'll receive a light lunch with coffee and red wine (from Podere di Pomaio) included.
Laura was born in Arezzo where she got an artistic high school diploma. She continued her studies in Florence where she graduated in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts. In the same city, she attended the Institute for Art and Restoration, specializing in Stone and Ceramic Restoration. Her work at the Monuments and Fine Arts Offices of Tuscany has also allowed her to hone her skills in the restoration of frescoes and in the technique of gilding.
